Continuing Professional Development
CPAs must complete at least 120 hours of CPD in every three-year period and submit a CPD Declaration each year. The total must include 4 hours of ethics and the annual minimum is 20 hours. Willing Change courses are inspirational and thought-provoking as well as relevant to professionalism and practice management.

Using your imagination and trusting your intuition can be difficult for logic-driven minds. This course is designed to advance the shift to innovative thinking by demonstrating differences in thinking styles, revealing benefits and providing exercises to generate new ideas.
The F.A.C.E. of Character in the Workplace
FAIRNESS - ACCOUNTABILITY - COURAGE - EFFORT
The four F.A.C.E. courses in this series are written to enhance ethical and professional character and designed for self-study or in-house classes. The Certificate for each course verifies study of 4 hours in Ethics, 4 hours in Professional Development plus 4 hours in Leadership Development, for a total of 12 hours.
