Using the perspective of a manager in the financial workplace, The F.A.C.E.  of Ethical Character in the Workplace offers insights with the use of Willing Change insights, case studies and an opportunity to consider and develop a personal ethics code of conduct for the workplace. Study time of 12 hours is allocated to each module: 6 hours of Ethics and 6 hours of Professional Development.  Module 4 is about EFFORT.
