What to Think When:
Self-Doubt is Holding You Back
This Online Course is offered in two parts.
The first lays the foundation of establishment of your purpose - the starting point of any goal. It corresponds with the first step in the Change Model in the book Willing Change.
The second part takes you through the remaining parts of the model - to recognize the mindsets of both self-doubt and self-trust and applying techniques in Willing Change as well as newly developed methods. It is offered in a 28-day program of developing self-trust mindsets such as resilience, courage, positivity, optimism and many more.
