ACCESS INNOVATIVE THINKING
This self-study course teaches you how to generate new ideas. The course requires the book Willing Change and is included at a discount for first-time students. You may find the full course requires more than the accredited time.

Management Hours
Principal brokers require 10 hours of continuing education credits every year between October 1st and September 30th subject to the following conditions: minimum of 1 hour Ethics, 5 hours Management. The remaining 4 hourse can be in Management or Technical.
A carryover of a maximum of 10 hours is permitted.
Professional Development Hours
Brokers require 8 hours of continuing education credits every year between October 1st and September 30th subject to the following conditions: minimum of 1 hour Ethics, 3 hours Technical, and a maximum of 2 hours Professional Development may be applied. A carryover of a maximum of 8 hours is permitted.
Annual Requirement: 1 hour ethics, 3 technical. The remaining 4 hours can include up to 2 hours professional and the remainder hours in ethics or technical.
Ethics Hours
All brokers require a minimum of 1 hour of continuing education in the Ethics category. Brokers can utilize more ethics hours than the minimum.
BROKERS
Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario must comply with annual continuing education requirements established by the Qualfication and Registration Committee.
Courses may contain both Ethics and Personal/Professional hours.
PRINCIPAL BROKERS
Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario must comply with annual continuing education requirements established by the Qualfication and Registration Committee.
Courses may contain both Ethics and Management hours.
