It feels good to accomplish goals.  So why do we find ourselves at times living a life of complacency?  We bypass opportunities to learn something new, avoid situations that can lead to change, or settle for things as they are when we want something more.  Our comfort zones need to expand from time to time just to keep up with the changes that occur around us on a daily basis and to make life, and us, more interesting.  Knowing yourself better may help you to realize what your comfort zones are now.
