Generate & Capture New Ideas
CLEAR YOUR MIND CLUTTER - Willing the changes you want means clearing self-doubts and instilling more empowering beliefs and rules to live by.
GENERATE NEW IDEAS - The integration of the use of your left and right brain hemispheres ensures a better use of your innovation capabilities. Enjoy the exercises and simple techniques as you learn a new way to perceive yourself, others, and the world.
CLARITY - Develop clarity in what you or your team wants to develop or enhance. You can work on your own personal development at work and in life at the same time.
CREATE - This is the application phase in which you apply your new knowledge to a specific aspect of your life, work, or team. Relate your new perspectives and perceptions to the project at hand.
FOLLOW UP - Thinking changes are reinforced by changes of habit and employing a 40-day program is ideal to create new mindsets. This phase is administered through a series of emails that introduce new ideas and to build on each.
ASPECTS OF THOUGHT
Thinking styles vary by the level of integration of the left and right brain hemispheres and cause these aspects to vary from person to perons:
- Perspective - The viewpoint we take as we look at or consider any factor or object is affected by the varying perspectives we assume through the use of attention and focus.
- Processing - We can choose to see the separate steps and parts or we can see the whole picture.
- Perception is the overall version of reality that we each individually choose to believe in and it differs by person.
